JUNIORS AND SENIORS
On Monday September 13th, there will be an Information Session on High Point University. Only 11th and 12th grade students interested need to sign up with your homeroom teacher.

PARENTS PLEASE BE SURE TO FILL OUT A NEW STUDENT INFORMATION CARD. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT WE HAVE AN UPDATED CARD
It is very important we have the new updated student information cards. If there is an emergency this is the only way we would be able to get in touch with parents. Please make sure you have turned your information card into the office.

Please make sure you have filled out the student information card and return it to the office as soon as possible. Even if you have filled out one in the past, you still need to fill out one for the 2021-2022 school year.

LUNCH ORDERING IS EASY WITH ORGS
Our School-lunch order forms are on line. Please check out ORGS for easy ordering. If your child wants a-la-cart items, you can also order those on ORGS. All catered lunches should be placed online using the website order form. Go to the school’s website  and click the link for the ORGS online  service or you may go directly to the website www.orgsonline.com.

LUNCH CREDITS
If your child ordered lunch through ORGS and was not able to attend school, you will receive a credit for the time they were out.

SHOT REQUIRMENTS
All 7th grade students must have the TDAP and Meningococcal vaccine. All 12th grade students must have the 2nd dose of the meningococcal. Shot records must be turned in by September 10th, or your child will not be allowed to come to school. Go to the BCS website for more information.

COVID
Please keep students at home if exhibiting any symptoms, such as fever, cough, or stomach issues. Please notify the school if you’ve had close contact with anyone positive.   If it was determined your child was in close contact of a person with COVID-19, your child must stay home from school for 10 days. During this time your child should stay home and not go to other schools, activities, childcares, or activities around other people. If you have children and you were not notified that they were determined to be a close contact with the person who tested positive for COVID-19, they can still go to school unless their sibling tests positive or begins exhibiting symptoms.

Fully vaccinated individuals do not have to quarantine unless they begin exhibiting symptoms. If your child is fully  vaccinated, please contact the school with proof of vaccination in order to return to school as soon as possible. You will still need to monitor closely for symptoms over the next  seven (7) days.

Please check our website for additional COVID updates.

BUS AGREEMENT
If you have not filled out a Bus Agreement for the 2021-2022 school year  please do so as soon as possible. Your child needs a new agreement signed every year in order to ride the bus. Without the signed agreement your child will not have a seat on the bus.
